At Uchangetea, your satisfaction means everything to us. Because our products are food items, we’re unable to accept physical returns. However, we understand that special circumstances can arise. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at service@uchangetea.com within 30 days of your order date. We’ll be happy to evaluate your request for a refund on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions: If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us right away at service@uchangetea.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
